3. Equity and Fixed Income Market Trading (“EFMT”)
This programme is designed for individuals and institutional investors taking advantage of the equity and fixed income market. It involves the buying and selling of Securities (equities/debt instruments) either on the floors of the Nigerian Stock Exchange or Over the Counter ("ÖTC").
As Securities Dealers, we execute our clients' mandate with utmost efficiency and effectiveness through our stock broking ally. Our personalized and private client servicing, supported by efficient back office management give us an edge over inefficient and large over-bloated firms with inefficient back office management characterized by non-personalized client relationship.
Since we know that clients have different investment objectives, we have given our clients the option of deciding on what stocks to be purchased or sold on their behalf. Thus clients also have the option of making own investment decisions and mandating us to execute such investment decisions on their behalf.

Account Opening: Plain Stockbroking account
Investment Period: Not Applicable
Charges: Brokerage commission of 1.5% of consideration, which is negotiable and volume driven, aside from regulatory charges (which is not negotiable).
