2. Wealth Management Programme ("WMP")
Generally, people have different reasons for investments based on their risk appetite, profile and individual needs. While some investors seek long term investments (characterized by dividend, bonus and capital appreciation), others seek medium or short term investments (characterized mainly by capital appreciation).
This programme is suitable for individual and institutional investors who seek long term investment opportunities with optimal returns on their investments. The programme integrates the investors' objectives, investment preference and risk tolerance to ensure that our clients realize their objectives for investing in the capital market over the long term. Our Private and Personalize Client Relationship Management will assist us in profiling each client thus treating each client separately and discretely.
There are two types of modes, namely:
(a) Discretionary Managed Accounts - Under this category, the clients will authorize us to invest at our discretion. Stacoprime shall exercise discretionary powers to decide on how the portfolio will be managed in terms of buying and selling shares without recourse to the client. This of course is done with the best of our professional judgment and care in order to optimize return and meet clients' investment objectives.
(b) Semi Discretionary Managed Accounts - A hybrid of the Non-Discretionary and the Discretionary management modes, Stacoprime will advise the client on securities to buy and/or sell, while client is at the discretion of accepting or rejecting such advice. Actual execution of transaction will only be done after receiving clients' mandate or authorization.
Programme Features:
Account Opening: Minimum of N1,000,000.00 in cash or N2,500,000.00 in cash and shares.
Investment Period: Minimum Investment Period of Two Years (i.e. 24 months)
Performance Update: Performance Report on the investment will be sent to each client bi-monthly. This Report will comprise of Performance Analysis on the Portfolio and a Statement of Account.
Interest on Unutilized
Management Fee: The Management Fee is a graduated commission based on assets under management and payable in arrears quarterly. However, the management fee excludes regulatory fees and charges payable on all trades done on the floors of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
