1. Proprietary Trading Management Programme (“PTMP”)
This programme is designed for our investors with higher risk tolerance threshold. Under the traditional norm of "high risk, high return", investors discretionally choose the type of risk they want to bear, since investors have different levels of acceptable risk when it comes to investments.
This Programme is structured to accommodate large and medium risk clients, thus clients under this programme are willing to accept the market volatility of high growth stocks. In return, the investments are maintained, under our sound investment advice, in high growth stocks of companies capable of high returns in terms of dividend, bonus and capital appreciation.
There are two types of modes, namely:
(a) Full Discretionary Managed Accounts - here clients will authorize us to invest at our discretion. Stacoprime would have discretionary rights to decide on how the portfolios will be managed, thus deciding on shares to buy and sell without recourse to the client. This of course is done with the best of professional judgment and care to optimize return and clients investment objectives.
(b) Semi - Discretionary Managed Accounts - here clients will authorize us to invest at our discretion only after upon prior consultation and authority from them. Stacoprime would have discretionary rights limited to authority from the Client.
Programme Features:
Account Opening: Minimum of N1,000,000.00 in cash or N2,500,000.00 in cash and shares.
Investment Period: Minimum Investment Period of One Year (i.e. 12 months)
Fee Structure: 30% of Portfolio return. No other fee is charged (excluding regulatory transaction charges).

(d) Access to credit facilities (Margin Lines or Asset Backed Security Lending).

(f) Option of guaranteed return (20% p.a. of sum invested) available to Clients with a minimum initial capital investment of N5,000,000.00 (Five Million Naira only), with a fee sharing ratio of 50:50 between client and Stacoprime based on return in excess of 20% stated above.
