Oritsedere Samuel Otubu

BSc. MSc. Accounting & Finance (Houston Baptist University USA) Chairman, Board of Directors

Currently Chairman of STACO Insurance Plc, Executive Chairman of Senforce Insurance Brokers Limited, Chairman of SIC Property & Investment Company Limited, Mr. Otubu is also a Director of DAAR Communications Limited (owners and operators of Ray Power 100 and 100.5 FM Radio and Africa Independent Television (AIT).

He is a Director in Access Bank and Food Emporium International Limited (Owners & Operators of Barceló's Brand in Nigeria).

Stacoprime is leveraging on his wealth of experience in the areas of Financial Management and General Business Administration to bring the company to an enviable position in the industry.

Collins Chikeluba

Director

Mr. Chikeluba is presently the Managing Director/CEO of G.M.O. Group of Companies and also sits on the Board of Skye Bank Plc, Pharma-Deko Plc and American Hospitals Limited. Mr. Chikeluba is also a director of STACO Insurance Plc.

He has business interest in transportation, hospitality, insurance, construction, trading, manufacturing and banking sectors across the world and has attended several management and marketing seminars both in Nigeria and Overseas.

Ebisan Rewane

B.Sc. (Hons) Economics, University of Ife, Director

Mr. Rewane is a major Shareholder and Director of Alfred George Nig Ltd, Alfred George Marine and Oil Services International Ltd, AG Foods Nig Ltd . Platinum Foods Nig Ltd, Life Flour Mill Ltd, Topfeeds Ltd , Delta Packaging Co , SEEPC Nig Ltd , Rewane Investments Ltd, Warri Crumb Rubber Ltd, Senforce Insurance Brokers Ltd and Food Emporium International limited (The owners and operators of The Barcelos Franchise in West Africa).

A former Executive Director (Group Liaison and Banking Operations) Life Flour Group, where he worked from 1985 till 2001. He has wide-ranging and far flung interests in the Flourmilling, Poultry Feedmilling, Packaging, Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), Oil Service, Hospitality, Import and Export, Insurance and Financial Consultancy Services Industries.

He is presently the Chairman of the Delta State Lawn Tennis Association.

John Olatunde Ayeni

Director

Mr. Ayeni is a legal practitioner and the Managing Partner of Legal Resources Alliance (a law firm established in 1994 as Olatunde Ayeni & Co.). He is also the Managing Director/CEO of Olutoyl Estate Development & Services Limited (a Real Estate and Property Management and Development Company). He is the Chairman of Prime Union Investments Limited, Prime Union Travel & Tours Limited. He is also a Director of Beton Bau (Nig) Limited and a Director of former Bond Bank Limited.

Mr. Ayeni is the founder and promoter of Oluwatoyin Ayeni Educational Foundation, a foundation established in 1999 to promote educational pursuit for the underprivileged and has since awarded scholarship to 25 (twenty five) people.

He is a member of Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association,African Bar , Association, Institute of Directors, Ikoyi Club, Lagos.Ikeja Golf Club and has attended several international and national courses.

Joel Emeka Okafor

HND Accounting, MBA (Delta State University), ACA, ACS

Executive Director/CEO

Mr. Okafor is an associate of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS). He also holds an MBA from the Delta State University.

Over the last 16 years he has developed several complementary competencies in Investment Banking & Financial Services in such areas as financial control & audit, corporate finance, branch expansion, investment management etc. Mr. Okafor started his banking career at Crystal Bank of Africa Limited (later became Standard Trust Bank/UBA) in 1993 and later worked for BGL Limited over an 8-year period before joining Greenwich Trust Limited as a Vice President from where he moved over to Stacoprime Capital Limited.

A CIS 2nd-Order-of-Merit prize winner, Mr. Okafor has attended several local and international courses and is an Authorized Dealer of The Nigerian Stock Exchange.

John Imoukhuede Obaigbo

Executive Director/COO

The Initiator of Stacoprime Capital Limited, Mr. Obaigbo is a graduate of accounting and a holder of M.B.A. (Marketing) from the University of Lagos. Mr. Obaigbo is also an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and the Nigeria Institute of Management.

Prior to joining this company, he was an Assistant Vice President and Divisional Head of Corporate Support Services of BGL Limited (comprising of Financial Control, Treasury, Processing/Operations, Administration, Human Resources and Information Technology). He also served as the Acting Head and member of Corporate Finance Division of the same institution

His professional career spans over 15 years, of which 9 years was in the Oil and Gas, and Consulting sectors having worked as Finance Manager in Sahara Energy Group of Companies and as Head of Finance and Administration, Pan African International Limited. He has also consulted for several organizations, N.G.O’s and the U.N.D.P. He has attended several international and national courses and seminars.

Adaobi S. Ekweanya

B.Sc. Accounting, (University of Nigeria, Nsukka)

Head, Wealth Management

Miss Adaobi Ekweanya holds a B.Sc. degree in Accountancy from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

Adaobi started her Investment Banking career at Futureview Financial Services Limited where she worked in the Asset Management unit of the organization. She progressed from there to the Corporate Finance division of Vetiva Capital Management Limited and subsequently the Equity Sales division of the same organization.

Miss Adaobi Ekweanya has attended several courses, seminars and workshops.
